机器的使用与保养：
1、机器在装箱强，为防止机件生锈，涂有防锈油脂，由于贮藏和运输，可能造成油脂硬化和积聚灰尘，使用前必须将表面的油脂用汽油清洗干净，并用洁净的棉纱或软布干。
2、机器在运转前，必须对各处油孔加注缝纫机油，然后再开空车试运转。手轮旋转方向为逆时针方向（操作者面向手轮）。机器在正常使用时，要时常加注润滑油，每班不得少于两次。
3、机器的工作速度按操作者的熟练程度而异，新机器安装后，应有一段低速磨合阶段，按800转/分钟运转一个月后，再加快到额定转速，但不得超过1000转/分钟，以免因转速过高引起机件损伤，影响机器的使用寿命。
