Welcome to use ZS-6 series automatic bobbin winding machine. This series of machines is a special equipment for automatic winding of bobbin thread for thick sewing machines. It has the advantages of simple operation, no sticking, no damage to the core, no easy thread breaking, low cost, high efficiency and stability. The bobbin wound by one zs-6 automatic winding machine can be used for 20 thick sewing machines.

使用说明：
本机器操作简单，在使用前请仔细阅读说明书，在*了解本机器的性能和操作程序的前提下，正确使用本机器。

1、安装注意事项本机电源为AC220V、50HZ，功率约为40W。
1. Installation precautions: the power supply of this machine is AC220 V, 50 Hz, and the power is about 40 W.
2、注意：ZS-6自动底线绕线机所有开关、线路均有220V电压，在断电之前绝不能拆装机器，机身必须接地。
2. Attention: all switches and lines of zs-6 automatic bobbin winding machine have voltage of 220 v. the machine must not be disassembled and disassembled before the power is cut off, and the body must be grounded.
3、ZS-6自动底线绕线机不可使用不同规格的梭芯（每次只能放入同种规格的梭芯，如混杂放入、机器可能出现故障）。

4、放入落料盘中梭芯的数量80只，请注意不要超出设定量，不然会出现故障。

5、必须使用不变形的合格梭芯，否则底线不能绕在梭芯上。

6、报警红灯亮表示：盘中的梭芯用完，或线已用完，这时机器停止运转。只需加入梭芯，或换上新线机器可恢复正常工作。

7、梭芯绕线量的多少可调节压线簧片、螺丝，使簧片高低来完成绕线量的多少。理想的绕线量是所用梭芯的80%为好。
