      该转鼓是当今世界上用于毛皮浸水、浸灰、鞣制加工工序的设备。
 该转鼓由于特殊的内分离构造，使得皮块在转鼓中旋转的效果与常规转鼓中*不同。在该转鼓内，溶液和皮块产生一种转鼓的机械效果增加了皮块和溶液的接触时间，溶液能够被封闭在挡板的上方，直接的效果：就是皮块始终与较低的溶液一起工作，加速化学物质对皮块渗透。
      由于鼓内的特殊构造，常规转鼓φ4200×4500一般装皮量10吨，而此转鼓能装载18~20吨皮，同样在消耗水方面比常规转鼓约节约53%，电节约33.3%，并且也缩短了加工时间,成为理想的节能环保性转鼓。

         This type of drum is one of the reasonable drum today using in the soaking,liming,and tanning process.

        With the special inner structure,this drum makes different effection on the leather than the normal drum during it process.When the drum turns,the solution can be hold on lthe top of the board that the mechanical effection of the solution and the leather make enhance of their contacts.Leather always stay with lower solution and can absorb very well.Due to this special structure, the normal φ4.2X4.5M can only load about 10 ton once but this drum can load about 18-20 ton of leather at one time.It can save 53% water,66.7% electricity and surely shortened the time.This is a reasonable environment protection drum.
