特点（Features ）

阀门壳体厚度超过国家标准GB、JB和美标ANSI的标准数据要求，主要材质化学元素和力学性能达到国家标准规定要求。壳体三段结构设计，体型坚固，外型美观。

阀体材质化学元素达到国家规定标准要求，精工细磨。保证阀杆具有良好的化学性能及抗腐蚀性能。

内置缓行补偿弹性垫圈，确保稳定良好的密封性。并且在含有新质介质中，不容易卡死造成球的破裂。

全衬硬密封面接触陶瓷球阀设计结构，介质通道均衬结构陶瓷材料，其化学稳定性加上的硬度（硬度HRA88以上，仅次于金钢石）的特性。

阀门结构简洁，流道顺畅，介质流动阻力小。硬密封陶瓷内件，由六件科学合理的结构组成，与介质接触部分均为结构陶瓷。阀球、阀座面接触加工，使得球与座内圆紧密结合。加上球圆精度高、表面质量好、整阀扭矩轻、阻力小、密封性达零泄露。

应用领域：火力发电、钢铁、石油、化工、造纸、生物工程、矿山能源、等行业。适用于锅炉蒸汽、石灰浆液、含颗粒海水输送、高硬度颗粒、含软颗粒又带腐蚀性介质、粉末、烟气脱硫、排灰、排渣、多晶硅、氯气、液氯、烧碱、给水处理。依用途更换材料。可用于不同温度（-40～280～450℃）的工况下。
