手动击实仪简介：
该仪器适用于按GB/T 50123-1999《土工试验方法标准》、JTJ 051-93《公路土工试验规程》等标准中制作土工试样时手工击实之用（试样用于承载比试验，回弹模量试验等），击实仪分轻型和重型两种，轻型击实适用于粒径≤5mm的粘性土，重型击实适用于粒径≤20mm的土，采用三层击实时，A大粒径≤40mm。

手动击实仪使用说明：
★将击实仪放在坚实地面上，取制备好的试样600～800g倒入筒内，整平其表面，并用圆木板稍加压紧，然后按附表4.1规定的击实次数进行击实。击实时击锤应自由铅直落下，落高也按附表4.1调试正确，锤迹必须均匀分布于土面。然后安装套环，把土面刨成毛面，重复上述步骤进行二层及第三层的击实，击实后超出击实筒的余土高度不得大于6mm。
★用修土刀沿套环内壁削挖后，扭动并取下套环，齐筒顶细心削平试样，拆除底板，如试样底面超出筒外亦应削平。擦净筒外壁，称质量，准确至1g。
★用推土器推出击实筒内试样，从试样中处取2个各约15～20g土测定其含水量。计算至0.1%，其平行误差不得超过1%
