★外观
土工布有效孔径测定仪由底板、外罩、夹持器与筛分装置、喷淋系统等部分组成。 底板四角开有安装槽，可用螺栓将之固定在基础上或工作台上；外罩左上角控制区装有计数器、电源开关、启动键。外罩与筛分振动装置不直接触，减少振动影响。
喷淋系统安装在底板右侧的支柱上，由进水口、流量开关、金属软管、莲蓬头组成，莲蓬头上配有一防溅盖，使用时莲蓬头放置于透明罩内，盖上防溅盖，并扣上夹扣，以防止水溅出。收集槽与振动头刚性联接，左侧设有收集管，收集槽底配有支持网栅，试样平铺在网栅上，用夹持器将之压紧，然后用翻转螺栓和星形把手压紧。

The spray system is installed on the pillar on the right side of the bottom plate. It consists of a water inlet, a flow switch, a metal hose, and a shower head. The motor and the vibration element are separately installed, and the flat plate and the bottom plate are supported by four spring damping columns. The vibration head and the flat plate are also connected by a spring damping column to reduce the impact of the vibration on the instrument.

★进水口外接稳压水源，将莲蓬头放置透明罩内，盖上防溅盖，并扣上夹扣，打开流量调节阀，对试样进行喷水。
★在计时器上设置振动时间（按GB/T17634-1998标准可设置为600秒，本仪器计时器具两档计时功能，分别可设置范围为0～99.99s和0～99分59s）。 .打开电源，开始测试。
