乳化沥青粘结力测定仪试验步骤：
★将初凝后的试件置于粘结力试验仪的气动橡胶垫下面，放置15分钟。
★将气动橡胶垫底座压在试件上面，用自行车气筒或空气压缩机向仪器加压。
★当仪器压力表达到0.72Mpa时，保持此压力，此时橡胶底座对试件的压力为193Kpa。
★达到压力并保持不变后，将测扭矩扳手测力表归零并套住气缸上端，在0.7-1秒内平稳、水平地扭转90-120度，并读取扭矩仪读数。
★升起橡胶底座，并擦干净底部待下次测试。
★此后每隔15分钟重复上述步骤。
★当固化时间较长时，间隔时间可延长到30分钟重复试验一次。
★重复试验直至达到A大扭矩，且此扭矩为定值时为止。
★记录达到大扭矩时的时间即固化时间，固化时间加上初凝时间**是稀浆混合料的‘早期开放交通时间’
Test steps of emulsified asphalt adhesion tester:

★ When the pressure of the instrument reaches 0.72Mpa, keep this pressure. At this time, the pressure of the rubber base on the test piece is 193Kpa.
★ After reaching the pressure and keeping the same, reset the torque wrench force gauge to zero and cover the upper end of the cylinder, twist it smoothly and horizontally by 90-120 degrees within 0.7-1 seconds, and read the torque meter reading.
★ Raise the rubber base and wipe the bottom clean for the next test.
★ Repeat the above steps every 15 minutes thereafter.
★ When the curing time is longer, the interval time can be extended to 30 minutes and the test is repeated.
★ Repeat the test until a large torque is reached and this torque is a fixed value.

乳化沥青粘结力测定仪注意事项：
仪器长期不使用，每半个月将活塞杆上下活动，如活塞过紧，需加润滑机油。测扭矩版搜也需每月转动几次。
