Asphalt trichloroethylene recovery instrument is a professional asphalt detection instrument for recovering contaminated flammable solvents. It can be used with centrifugal asphalt mixture separator as a trichloroethylene or stupid recovery device. 沥青三氯乙烯回收仪操作规程:

★接通电源并把进出水与蒸馏器用软管固定连接好。

★把需回收的溶液倒入蒸馏室,一次倒入A大容量约为10升。

★通过冷却水,闭合电源总开关,红色电源指示灯亮,按下加热按钮,加热指示灯亮,仪器开始工作,进入加热状态。

★当仪器在蒸馏完成以后,此时应及时切断总电源。

★操作者通过液位计观察玻璃管中的液面,若看到沥青液面,应打开右侧水咀截门,将沥青液体放完。当左侧液位计的液面达到上限位置时,应及时打开水咀放出回收的溶液。

★温控器中的温度开关,可按不同溶剂的不同沸点而加以调定,本仪器的控制温度出厂时已按三氯乙稀的温度调整好(86°),不要随意改动,如做其它沥青溶剂时,应予先掌握并调整好沸点温度。

★ The temperature switch in the thermostat can be adjusted according to the different boiling points of different solvents. The control temperature of this instrument has been adjusted according to the temperature of trichloroethylene (86 °) when leaving the factory. Do not change it at will, such as doing other When bitumen solvents are used, the boiling point temperature should be mastered and adjusted.


HHS-1沥青三氯乙烯回收仪工作原理:

当电加热通电后,电能通过电阻丝转变成热能,使置于溶器中的三氯乙稀沥青溶液升温。当溶液的温度达到三氯乙稀溶剂的沸点时(86.7℃)三氯乙稀通过分子运动将液体转变成气体蒸发出来,此时沥青油及其它杂质由于沸点高,仍滞留在溶液 中,蒸发过程是一个加热过程,尽管电加热器仍在工作,溶液的温度也不会升高,当溶液中的三氯乙稀全部被蒸发掉时,剩下的沥青液的温度才会升高,此时电源通过温度控制开关自动切断,加热器停止工作,沥青液滞留在容器右腔,三氯乙稀气体通过容器上部的空间进入左腔,左腔的冷却循环水使三氯乙稀蒸气分子遇冷,温度下降,重新变成液体留在左腔,这样**完成了三氯乙稀的回收工作。

HHS-1沥青三氯乙烯回收仪仪器结构:

容器全部由不锈钢制成,分为两室,蒸馏室位于右侧,储存室(包括冷凝器)位于左侧。蒸馏室的容积约为10升,储存室的容积为6升,容器下部各有一水咀,右侧为放出沥青溶液的水咀,左侧为放出已回收溶剂的水咀,蒸馏室下部设有二组电阻丝式加热器。

冷凝器位于左侧储存室的上部。由8层盘管组成,直接与自来水连接进行冷却,上盖用耐腐蚀胶圈密封,防止三氯乙稀的蒸发气体跑出,污染工作环境,温控器位于电器盒内,温控器触头与加热介质接触,到设定温度时立即断电,整个过程自动完成。

在壳体的前面装有两支液位计,右侧的液位计主要用来检查倒入待回收的液体,蒸馏完毕,如液位计仍能看到残留余液的液面,**在打开右侧水咀把残留的液体放出,如左侧的液位计上的液面达到了上限的位置**要打开左侧水咀,放出已清洁的三氯乙稀液体。

漏斗中设有一个筛网,防止颗粒状物体进入蒸馏室。漏斗咀中部设有一个防溅网,防止在倒入污染的液体时溅入右侧。电器盒下部设有绝缘盖板防止人员触电。

The vessel is made entirely of stainless steel and is divided into two chambers, with a distillation chamber on the right and a storage chamber (including the condenser) on the left. The thermostat is located in the electrical box. The head is in contact with the heating medium, and the power is immediately turned off when the set temperature is reached, and the entire process is automatically completed.

There are two level gauges on the front of the casing. The level gauge on the right is mainly used to check the liquid to be recovered. After the distillation is completed, if the level gauge can still see the remaining liquid level, ** Open the water nozzle on the right side to discharge the remaining liquid, such as the position where the liquid level on the left-side level gauge reaches the upper limit.

A sieve is installed in the funnel to prevent granular objects from entering the distillation chamber. A splash screen is provided in the middle of the funnel to prevent splashing to the right when contaminated liquid is poured. The lower part of the electrical box is provided with an insulating cover to prevent electric shock.


HHS-1沥青三氯乙烯回收仪注意事项:

1、要随时抽查被蒸馏溶剂的PH值,(氯化的碳氢化合物)。如PH值低于5时,回收器的整个内部要被损坏,在这种情况下,要及时清洗蒸馏室。

2、仪器使用时外皮接地。

3、仪器工作时,不要离人。

4、清理仪器时,应拔掉电源插头,并防止水浸入电器元件。

HHS-1 Asphalt Trichloroethylene Recovery Instrument
