沥青动力粘度计安装及工作条件:

★仪器安装

1、打开包装箱,将仪器放置在通风、平整且稳固的试验台上,检查仪器外观是否受到损害。

2、按照装箱单清点仪器的配、附件。

3、毛细管等玻璃器皿等应轻拿轻放,防止损坏。

★ Working principle:

沥青动力粘度计操作规程:

★测试前的准备

1、使用本仪器前应仔细阅读使用说明书。

2、仔细阅读中华人民共和国交通行业标准JTJ052《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》中的T0623《沥青动力粘度试验(真空减压毛细管法)》或中华人民共和国石油化工行业标准SH /0557《石油沥青粘度测定法(真空毛细管法)》,了解并熟悉标准所阐述的试验方法、试验步骤和试验要求。

3、按标准所规定的要求,准备好试验用的各种试验器具、材料等。

4、检查本仪器的工作状态,使其符合说明书所规定的工作环境和工作条件。

5、检查本仪器的外壳,必须处于良好的接地状态。

★仪器操作

1、将玻璃浴缸内加入足量的水(水面离箱盖约30mm)。当电源开关上有灯显示,电路已接通。

2、按下控温仪面板上的“设定"键,旋转设定旋钮,使温控仪上显示60.00℃,再按一下“设定"键,温度控制系统即开始恒温控制并使水浴的温度恒定于60.00℃±0.01℃。

3、将毛细管和试样置于烘箱中(135℃±5℃)加热30分钟后,把沥青试样从装料管A注入毛细管粘度计,试样应不粘在管壁上,并使试样液面在装料线处±2mm之内,再将装好试样的毛细管粘度计放回烘箱中(135℃±5℃),保温10min±2min以使管中试样所产生的气泡逸出。

4、从烘箱中取出毛细管粘度计,在室温下冷却2min后,安装在保持试验温度的水浴中,其位置应使I标线在水浴液面以下至少为20mm,确认真空阀门关闭并将真空管接至毛细管一端。

★ Instrument operation

1. Add a sufficient amount of water to the glass bathtub (the water surface is about 30mm away from the cover). When there is a light on the power switch, the circuit is on.

2. Press the "Set" key on the panel of the temperature controller, turn the setting knob to display 60.00 ℃ on the temperature controller, and then press the "Set" key again, the temperature control system will start the constant temperature control and make the water bath The temperature is constant at 60.00 ℃ ± 0.01 ℃.

3. Put the capillary tube and the sample in an oven (135 ° C ± 5 ° C) for 30 minutes, then inject the asphalt sample from the filling tube A into the capillary viscometer. The sample should not stick to the tube wall, and the test The sample liquid level is within ± 2mm at the loading line, and then return the capillary viscometer with the sample back to the oven (135 ℃ ± 5 ℃), and keep it for 10min ± 2min to allow the bubbles generated in the tube to escape. Out.

4. Take the capillary viscometer out of the oven, and cool it at room temperature for 2 minutes, then install it in a water bath that maintains the test temperature. Its position should be at least 20mm below the liquid level of the water bath. Make sure the vacuum valve is closed and the vacuum tube is connected To the end of the capillary.
