三、使用方法：
♦预先将毛刷放在20°C的水中浸泡30分钟，浸泡深度为12mm,然后取出毛刷用力压干，再在0.5%的皂液中浸泡10分钟。
♦将试板放在工作盘内，将两发固定栓卡在试板边框上，拧紧螺母，使试件在工作过程中没有移动现象。
♦将刷子与刷具放在一起。放入平行滑架内即可。
♦将0.5%浓度的皂液放满储蓄槽，再把出水管插入水泵的出水口，打开总电源开关，打开泵电源开关（泵电源应联机在机身的插座上），出水管向试板输送皂液。送液量的大小可通过调节泵流量调节杆来控制。
♦按“设定"键（详见键盘操作说明），设定所需洗刷次数。一切工作**绪，按运行按钮，刷子开始运行，控制器进行加法计数。
♦观察试板中间10厘米处有无磨损现象及露底现象，中途欲停机，则按下“暂停"键，停止洗刷。
♦当试件未露底，实际计数值已达到设定值而停机时，如果继续实验，通过键盘操作，将实际计数值清零，再按运行按钮，计数器重新开始计数，累计实验结实。
♦如果用于检验产品，将设定值为为合格的洗刷次数，按运行“按钮"，当实际值等于设定值后自动停机，检查试板是否露底，以此判断产品是否合格。

♦ Observe whether there is abrasion and exposed bottom at 10 cm in the middle of the test plate. If you want to stop the machine midway, press the "pause" button to stop scrubbing.
♦ When the test piece is not exposed and the actual count value has reached the set value and the machine stops, if you continue the experiment, clear the actual count value by keyboard operation, and then press the run button, the counter restarts counting and the cumulative experiment is solid.
♦ If it is used for product inspection, set the set value as the number of qualified scrubbing times and press the “button" to run. When the actual value is equal to the set value, it will automatically stop and check whether the test plate is exposed to determine whether the product is qualified.
四、产品特点：

五、注意事项：
♦使用前请将刷放在20℃的水浸泡30min，然后用力压干再在0.5%肥皂液中浸泡10min。
♦为保证试验数据的准确性和重现性请选择均匀一致的底材按同样的涂装工艺制备样品。
♦结果判定以试板中间长度100mm区域涂层破坏情况为依据。
♦当刷毛磨损至长度小于16mm时必须重新更换刷子。
Five, matters needing attention:
