一、用途:
橡胶低温脆性试验机是测定硫化橡胶在规定条件下试样受冲击出现破坏时的a高温度，即为脆性温度，可以对非硬质塑料及其他弹性材料在低温条件下的使用性能作比较性鉴定。可以测定不同橡胶材料或不同配方的硫化橡胶的脆性温度和低温性能的优劣。因此无论在科学研究材料及其制品的质量检验，本仪器是根据GB/T 15256-1994《硫化橡胶低温脆性的测定（多试样法）》国家标准设计的，a新研制开发的压缩机制冷设备。本设备采用复叠式压缩机制冷技术，利用热平衡原理及循环搅拌方式，达到对试样的自动均匀冷却、恒温，可满足国家标准GB/T229-94做规定的各项控温指标。

Therefore, no matter in the quality inspection of scientific research materials and their products, the instrument is designed according to the national standard GB/T 15256-1994 "Determining the low temperature brittleness of vulcanized rubber (multi-sample method)", a newly developed compressor refrigeration equipment . The equipment adopts the cascade compressor refrigeration technology, and uses the principle of heat balance and the circulating stirring method to achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample, which can fully meet the various temperature control indexes stipulated by the national standard GB/T229-94.

三、结构原理：
■本设备由制冷压缩机主机体、加热装置、电子控制箱、冷却槽、冷却介质循环系统、自动报警装置等部分组成。启动制冷开关后，压缩机开始工作，制冷系统进入正式工作状态。制冷压缩机连续不断的工作，当接近设定温度时，冷却槽中的加热装置开始按比例提供热量，用以平衡制冷系统产生的多余冷量，以达到恒温的目的。搅拌可使冷却槽内的冷却介质不断循环，使温度均匀一致。
■ 试样夹持器
试样一边夹持5个试样（橡胶类），另一边夹持15个试样（塑料类）。
■冲击装置
冲击装置由冲击锤和自锁机构组成。
■冲击器
冲击头半径为1.6±0.1mm；
冲击时，冲击头和试样夹持器之间间隙为6.4±0.3mm；
冲击头的中心线与试样夹持器之间的距离为8±0.3mm。

After the cooling switch is activated, the compressor starts to work and the refrigeration system enters the official working state. The refrigeration compressor works continuously. When approaching the set temperature, the heating device in the cooling tank begins to provide heat proportionally to balance the excess cooling generated by the refrigeration system to achieve constant temperature. Stirring allows the cooling medium in the cooling tank to circulate continuously to make the temperature uniform.
■ Sample holder
The sample was sandwiched between five samples (rubber type) and the other side was clamped with 15 samples (plastic).
■ Impact device
The impact device consists of an impact hammer and a self-locking mechanism.
■ Impactor
The impact head radius is 1.6 ± 0.1 mm;
When impacting, the gap between the impact head and the sample holder is 6.4 ± 0.3 mm;
The distance between the center line of the impact head and the sample holder is 8 ± 0.3 mm.
