★基本模块

★操作步骤
装样——称重——放样——测量——出结果（单个样品检测5分钟以内完成，多样品统筹时，平均第个样品2分钟）
★数据分析
数据分析主要是分析检测数据的准确性、稳定性、标准偏差等检测数据，同时通过检测 数据调整生产工艺流程，从而把上油率调整到状态，节约资源。

五、使用方法：
★根据实验需要，称取相应质量的纤维、矿物油混合物，倒入仪器上的试样筛中。
★设定振动时间，插到220V、50Hz电源上，按下电源开关，使其处于“开"的位置。
★达到设定时间后，仪器自动停机并发出报警声。
★关掉电源开关，取下试样筛，称取试样筛和吸有矿物油的纤维的质量，按有关公式计算的吸油率指标。
★做二次试验时，重复上述步骤即可。
