MSA-050显微式测振仪 MSA-050显微式激光测振仪，高精度测量小型部件和微系统整个表面的振动特性。该设备工作时采用非接触式，以无失真的方式测量小样品的结构，测量结果可用清晰的动画效果显示出来。MSA-050显微式激光测振仪由带手动 z 向调节的紧凑式工作台和数字式单点式激光测振仪组成。配备了一个电动 xy 工作台，通过软件移动样品，完成全场扫描式振动测量。

Micro System

Analyzer measures vibrations on small parts and microsystems with high precision. Its non-contact principle of operation leaves samples completely undisturbed, producing accurate data even when measuring very small and sensitive objects. Scanning Vibrometer Software is the well established backbone of the system providing simple operation and clear animations of measurement result.

comprises a compact stａnd with manually actuated z-axis and a digital single point vibrometer. For full-field measurements the integrated xy-stage traverses the sample under software control. A 19" rack contains the complete electronics of the Micro System Analyzer.
