新型振荡水洗机由箱体，穿布导辊，轧水导辊以及高效振荡系统组成；箱体下方地四套为高效振荡系统，每套系统包含一支大直径的梅花辊，一支大直径的网孔辊。梅花辊与电机直接连接，工作时电机带动梅花辊以一定的转速转动拍打箱内的水，被拍打的水通过外围网孔辊冲击与网孔辊接触的织物表面。动态的水冲洗布面可以达到更好的洗涤效果。同时上方配备有3套轧水装置，织物通过动态洗涤后由上方的轧水装置轧去杂质再进行动态洗涤，这样可以增加洗涤效果还可以减少对后面水槽的污染，达到更好的洗涤效果。
