交割完成！杰克科技收购意大利Comelz 100%股权

　　2026年7月23日，杰克科技股份有限公司通过全资子公司拓卡奔马，在意大利米兰正式完成对意大利Comelz S.p.A. 100%股权的收购交割，Comelz自此成为杰克科技全球版图的重要一员。

　　On 23 July 2026, Jack Technology Co., Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary bullmer, formally completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Comelz S.p.A. in Milan, Italy. Comelz has since become an important member of Jack Technology’s global footprint.
 

　　Founded in 1943, Comelz specialises in the cutting and processing of leather goods for footwear, bags and automotive interiors. Boasting world-leading AI leather defect detection and high-efficiency nesting utilisation technologies, it has long underpinned the manufacturing competitiveness of top European luxury brands. It holds a leading market position within Europe’s luxury leather goods sector. Its subsidiary Camoga, established in 1948, delivers exceptional and consistent processing precision and stands as a global pacesetter in the leather splitting machine segment.
