一、产品简介:

巴克霍尔兹压痕仪是**检测仪器,用于色漆、清漆的单层涂膜或多层涂膜的压痕试验。此压痕仪仅用于塑性变形的表面测量抗压力。当使用压痕仪在规定条件下施压涂膜时,即可形成压痕长度。以压痕长度倒数的函数表示抗压痕性试验结果。当要求涂膜的性能(抗压痕性)提高时,抗压痕性值**增大。
Product introduction:

Buckholz indenter is a testing instrument for single-layer or multi-layer indentation tests of paints and varnishes. This indenter is only used to measure the pressure resistance of plastically deformed surfaces. The indentation length can be formed when the coating film is pressed under specified conditions using an indenter. The results of the indentation resistance test are expressed as a function of the inverse of the indentation length. When the performance (indentation resistance) of the coating film is required to be improved, the indentation resistance value ** is increased.


技术参数;
♦ 压痕仪整个装置重1000±5g;
♦ 压痕仪上的有效负荷重500±5g;
♦ 读数显微镜:a、放大倍数20倍;
b、附带光源入射角大于60°;
c、读数精度0.1mm。

使用方法:
♦ 通常具备的要求
1、在一个硬的平整无扭曲、表面无可见隆起的底材上;
2 、在测试负荷下,底材必须不变形;
3、在测试期间,漆膜一般表现塑性变形,而不是弹性变形;
4 、漆膜必须在压痕装置的负荷下,膜厚仍保持至少10um的厚度;
5、漆膜必须均匀、光滑和清洁。
♦ 取样按GB3186规定进行。
♦ 试板按GB9275—88中第5条的要求制做。
Third, use method:

♦ General requirements

1. On a hard, flat substrate with no distortion and no visible bulge on the surface;

2. Under test load, the substrate must not be deformed;

3. During the test, the paint film generally shows plastic deformation instead of elastic deformation;

4, the paint film must be under the load of the indentation device, the film thickness remains at least 10um thickness;

5. The paint film must be uniform, smooth and clean.

♦ Sampling shall be conducted in accordance with GB3186.

♦ The test plate is made according to the requirements of Article 5 of GB9275-88.


试验步骤:
♦ 试验环境条件
除非另有规定,试验应在温度23±2°C;相对湿度(50±5)%的条件下进行。
♦ 压痕长度测定
1、将试板漆膜朝上,放在稳固的试验台平面上;
2、将压痕器轻轻地放在试板适当的位置上;放时应**先使装置的脚与试板接触,然后小心地放下压痕器。可先在试验压痕的位置上做记号,以便压后重新找到压痕。放置30±1s后拾起装置离开试板时,应先是压痕器,后是装置的脚。
3、除非另有规定,移去压痕器后35±5s期间内,用显微镜放在测定的位置上,测定压痕产生的影像长度以毫米表示,**0.1mm,记录其结果。
4、在同一试板上的不同部位进行5次试验,计算其算术平均值。
♦ 抗压痕性的计算
1、将平均值数字修约成A近似表中某一栏的值,用该压痕长度舍入值查表来得到抗压痕性。
2、通过下式计算抗压痕性:
100/L 中式:L—压痕长度mm
Fourth, test steps:

♦ Test environmental conditions

Unless otherwise specified, the test shall be performed at a temperature of 23 ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of (50 ± 5)%.

♦ Determination of indentation length

1. Place the test panel with the paint film facing up and place it on a stable test bench plane;

2. Gently place the indenter on the appropriate position of the test plate; when placing it, make sure that the feet of the device are in contact with the test plate, and then carefully lower the indenter. Mark the position of the test indentation first so that the indentation can be found again after pressing. After picking up the device and leaving the test plate after 30 ± 1s, it should be the indenter first, and then the feet of the device.

3. Unless otherwise specified, within 35 ± 5s after removing the indenter, place it on the measurement position with a microscope, and measure the length of the image produced by the indentation in millimeters, ** to 0.1mm, and record the results.

4. Perform 5 tests on different parts of the same test panel, and calculate the arithmetic mean.

♦ Calculation of indentation resistance

1. Round the average number to the value in a column of the A approximation table, and use the rounded value of the indentation length to look up the table to get the indentation resistance.

2. Calculate the indentation resistance by the following formula:

♦ 测量使用后应将仪器擦干净放回包装盒内。
♦ 仪器应放在干燥处。
♦ 螺口聚光灯泡2..2V,0.2A为易损件。
♦ 每次使用后应将手电筒中的电池(自备)拆下
