染色机简介
ROP-25系列染色机是全新开发的新一代高温染色机，集合多项研究成果，能在满载时达到行机水比1:4 ,减少能源损耗，缩短染色时间，确保处染织物的高品质，优化后储布槽装置，采用前后左右十字摆布，处染轻质布种到重质布种都能顺畅运行，降温洗水一步法，使冷却和清洗程序同时进行，减少染色时间，放量和耗水量。
INTRODUCTION TO THE DYEING MACHINE
ROP-25 series dyeing machine is a new development of the new generation of high temperature dyeing machine, integrates servile research results, can reach the lowest line operating machine water ratio 1:4, reduce energy consumption, shorten dyeing time, ensure the high quality of dyeing fabric. ■ 超大容量,以往的珍宝缸每管容量一般在200〜250kg ,新一代ROP-25染色机，每管容量达到250〜320kg。
■ 超低的浴比，1:4.5〜5的浴比已接近气流雾化染色机,但适应品种比气流雾化染色机更广，操作更简便。
■ 优质的染色效果，布速有效提高至420分米，喷咀采用设计，有效减少折痕，缩短工艺时间。
■ 出布方便，染色机另开出布人孔，操作更简单。
■ 带快速排水功能，排水比以往更快,更效率。
■ 适应品种更广，适用于全棉、全涤、TC、TR、棉、涤混合织物、汗布等大部分针织布种，也适用于梭织布种。
■ 自动除毛絮装置。
FEATURES OF THE DYEING MACHINE

■ With the function of quick drainage, the drainage is faster than ever before, more efficiency.
■ With widely adapted variety, it is applicable to whole cotton, polyester, TC, TR , cotton, polyester blended fabrics, under-shirt cloth and most of the knitted fabric, also applicable to the woven fabric.
