特氟龙网格输送带的主要特点：
1、用于低温-70℃，高温260℃之间，具有耐气候性,抗老化。经实际应用,如在250℃高温情况下连续放置200天，不但强度不会变低，而且重量也不减少;
2 、非粘着性：不易粘附任何物质。易于清洗附着其表面的各种油渍、污点或其它附着物;浆糊、树脂、涂料等几乎所有粘着物质都可简单地清除;
3、耐化学腐蚀，能耐强酸、强碱、王水及各种有机溶剂的腐蚀。
4、尺寸稳定性好(延伸系数小于5‰)、强度高。具有良好的机械特性。5、抗弯曲疲劳，可用于较小轮径。
6、耐药剂性、wu毒性。几乎可耐所有药剂物品。
7、防火阻燃。
8、透气性---输送带的透气率、减少热源耗费、提高干燥效率。
特氟龙网格输送带的应用范围：
A：纺织、印染： 印花烘干、漂染布烘干 、面料缩水烘干、无纺布烘干等烘道、烘房输送带。
B：丝网、印刷：松式烘干机、胶印机、UV系列光固机、纸张过油烘干、紫外线烘干、塑胶制品丝印烘干等烘道、烘房输送带。
C：其它物品：高周波烘干、微波烘干、各类食品冷冻及解冻、烘烤、包装物品热收缩、一般含水份物品烘干、熔剂型油墨的快速干燥等烘房导带。 凡需要热风流场合及热加工传送条件，均适合使用特氟龙网带。

Teflon mesh conveyor main features:
