（2） 除了具备原机所有功能外，还增设了手动按钮送退棉、计数停机、电动夹松棉等方便实用的新功能。

（3） 融合了数控技术，在直观大气的触摸屏电脑显示屏上，可以实时观察各机构的位置和状态。而且能够智能判断常见故障点并即时提醒操作者。

（4） 采用的同步带送棉机构，具有送棉精度高、夹料稳、挖棉更快的特点。

（5） 本机可根据不同客户需求调整挖棉速度，本机创造了挖棉机超极限速度，大大提高了工作效率。
